Dear Friends,
The Friends of Princeton Charter School invites you to join us in contribution to our annual fundraising gala, “Back to the 80s”, taking place on Saturday, April 29th, 2023 at Nassau Inn. Your essential support and investment into the school and children’s future is sincerely appreciated and we are very thankful to our generous and valued sponsors and donors!
The funds raised will be instrumental in improving school facilities, enhancing school communication projects, funding outdoor pavilions, supporting after-school programs and basic needs for our students. Our annual Gala attracts hundreds of attendees with its festive themes and memorable entertainment. We also make it rewarding for our sponsors who, aside from doing good for the community, appreciate the wide recognition, loyalty and support they get in return.
What are some ways to support our gala?
PLACE AN ADVERTISEMENT in the catalog: here – Our new Gala eBook will be published monthly from January to May, and will be distributed to the school faculties, familties, alumni as well as business sponsors who have been supporting the school in the past decades. A final printed Gala book will be distributed in April. AD SIZES: Double pages (9’ X 7.5”), full page (4.5” x 7.5”), half page (4.5” x 3.75”), in formats (eps, tif, jpg, pdf, psd, ai) to be emailed to gala@pcsfriends.org. Special offers for inside cover and back cover are first come first served!
PARTICIPATE THE GALA EVENT: REGISTER to attend our event and see the summary of sponsorship options. Meet with the faculties, founders, parents and alumni of the school. Get ready for a fun evening with our wonderful PCS community (This is an adult only 21+ event).
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES here to become a Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsor, with special recognition in the catalog, on our Gala website, school newsletter, and at the night of the event. All donors will be recognized, and any amounts are appreciated!
DONATE AN ITEM/SERVICE here – Consider donating an item for live/silent auctions and automatically get a free advertisement page in our Gala eBook and printed book for any donations over $1,000 value. Theater/sports/museum tickets, gift certificates, jewelry/bags, art, restaurant/cafe certificates, photo sessions, educational/summer camp/other experiences, beauty/medical/dental/athletic/other services, etc. are all welcome!
DONATE A PARTY BOARD here – Similar to item donations, any dinner/lunch party, kids party, wine/cheese tasting, tours, book reading, lessons, which is over $1,000 value, will automatically get a free ad page in our Gala eBook and printed book.
For inclusion in the catalog, the deadline for ads, party boards, and donated items is March 24, 2023. However, earlier donations will be made into our Gala eBook as early as mid January!
